Responsibilities
Lead the North-East region by implementing the commercial strategy
Grow sales together with the sales force
Maintain proactive communication with key distributors
Develop the team by setting clear objectives
Monitor team results and implement commercial initiatives
Provide daily reporting on the region's performance
Requirements
Master’s degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
At least 5 years’ experience managing field sales teams
Ability to represent and defend strong brands with discerning clients
Field sales experience representing high value-added products
Adopt a coaching approach when supporting teams
Organized and rigorous
Regular use of a CRM to manage activity
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
