About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North-East region by implementing the commercial strategy
  • Grow sales together with the sales force
  • Maintain proactive communication with key distributors
  • Develop the team by setting clear objectives
  • Monitor team results and implement commercial initiatives
  • Provide daily reporting on the region's performance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in management, sales, or business (e.g., Business School)
  • At least 5 years’ experience managing field sales teams
  • Ability to represent and defend strong brands with discerning clients
  • Field sales experience representing high value-added products
  • Adopt a coaching approach when supporting teams
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Regular use of a CRM to manage activity
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
