About the role

  • Develop and customize Service Cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform. Implement integrations, automations and ensure governance, security and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Participate in the implementation and evolution of Service Cloud.
  • Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (when necessary).
  • Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Configure flows, business rules, and automations (Flow, Process Builder).
  • Take part in requirements gathering and technical solution design.
  • Ensure best practices for governance, security, and performance on the platform.
  • Perform testing, documentation, and support for deployments.

Requirements

  • Solid experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud (cases, queues, SLAs, automations, omnichannel).
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of data modeling on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes (CI/CD).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
