Responsibilities
Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Participate in the implementation and evolution of Service Cloud.
Create and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (when necessary).
Build integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure flows, business rules, and automations (Flow, Process Builder).
Take part in requirements gathering and technical solution design.
Ensure best practices for governance, security, and performance on the platform.
Perform testing, documentation, and support for deployments.
Requirements
Solid experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
Knowledge of Service Cloud (cases, queues, SLAs, automations, omnichannel).
Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integrations.
Knowledge of data modeling on the Salesforce platform.
Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes (CI/CD).
Experience working with agile methodologies.
