About the role

  • Sales Manager leading industrial measurement instrument sales and client collaboration. Achieving sales targets and managing accounts in Japan with a strong sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned sectors.
  • Generate leads proactively and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team and other departments.
  • Promote industrial measurement instruments and related services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial market.
  • Experience in the HVAC/BA/Measurement instruments-related industries is a plus.
  • Channel management experience - goal setting, QBR, channel enablement.
  • Account management experience - Stakeholder analysis, issue resolution, negotiation, support for customer success.
  • Online meeting experience – facilitation and presentation.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SAP(S/4, SAC).
  • Fluent Japanese and business level English.
