About the role

  • Sales Director responsible for driving growth across UK and Ireland for FintechOS. Leading enterprise sales strategy, managing key relationships, and collaborating with teams to accelerate digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the UK&I sales strategy
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-Level executives
  • Articulate the FintechOS value proposition
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Collaborate with professional services, pre-sales, and customer success teams
  • Lead partnership discussions and contribute to RFP responses
  • Represent FintechOS at key industry events

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior enterprise sales or sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the UK&I financial services landscape
  • Established and active network across UK&I financial institutions
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience in a scale-up or start-up environment
  • Consultative sales approach with ability to challenge assumptions
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
