Responsibilities
Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling the Company's products and services
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs
Lead TMs to achieve Division sales and case growth objectives
Submit and administer annual street sales operating plan and operating budget
Develop sales and marketing strategies and proposals for customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Valid driver's license required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
