About the role

  • District Sales Manager overseeing Territory Managers selling US Foods products and services. Providing coaching and training while achieving sales and growth objectives in the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling the Company's products and services
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs
  • Lead TMs to achieve Division sales and case growth objectives
  • Submit and administer annual street sales operating plan and operating budget
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and proposals for customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience
  • A minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
