About the role

  • Sales manager leading the image diagnostics team at Strattner. Focusing on sales targets and customer relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational activities of Strattner's Imaging Diagnostics Business Unit sales team, with primary responsibilities including:
  • Manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets, secure market share, and deliver the growth projected in the annual plan;
  • Develop team members and their careers to prepare them for vertical or horizontal promotion opportunities;
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, actively participate in negotiations through to deal closure, and handle post-sale follow-up to support field sales teams and strengthen customer relationships;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Attend trade shows, conferences and events;
  • Report results to the National Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Intermediate to advanced English preferred;
  • Experience in sales or business management, leading commercial teams (specific experience in hospital sales, imaging diagnostics clinics and radiology);
  • Essential experience in people management;
  • Experience in Imaging Diagnostics and Radiology within hospitals and imaging clinics;
  • Experience in project and process management;
  • Familiarity with key IT and information management tools (BI, CRM, Microsoft Office);
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
