Responsibilities
Lead the operational activities of Strattner's Imaging Diagnostics Business Unit sales team, with primary responsibilities including:
Manage a regional sales team to achieve sales targets, secure market share, and deliver the growth projected in the annual plan;
Develop team members and their careers to prepare them for vertical or horizontal promotion opportunities;
Evaluate new business opportunities, actively participate in negotiations through to deal closure, and handle post-sale follow-up to support field sales teams and strengthen customer relationships;
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders;
Attend trade shows, conferences and events;
Report results to the National Sales Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Intermediate to advanced English preferred;
Experience in sales or business management, leading commercial teams (specific experience in hospital sales, imaging diagnostics clinics and radiology);
Essential experience in people management;
Experience in Imaging Diagnostics and Radiology within hospitals and imaging clinics;
Experience in project and process management;
Familiarity with key IT and information management tools (BI, CRM, Microsoft Office);
