About the role

  • Analista de Processos de Vendas Sênior at Tirolez structuring sales routines and managing processes. Ensuring team efficiency and collaboration within commercial areas.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and monitor commercial routines: define and monitor key sales routines such as morning and afternoon meetings, weekly planning, coaching schedules, negotiation visits and execution routes, ensuring discipline and consistency;
  • Role- and channel-specific adaptation: ensure each sales role and channel has a routine adapted to its work model and customer profile;
  • Development of execution materials: create an execution playbook with detailed instructions on the steps the sales team should follow for each type of visit;
  • Management of commercial processes: map, document and review sales flows to ensure efficiency, compliance with internal policies and strategic alignment;
  • Continuous improvement: identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions that increase productivity and the quality of commercial operations;
  • Cross-functional integration: act as a link between sales, trade marketing and administrative teams, promoting alignment and synergy in processes;
  • Governance and strategic support: participate in validation and audit committees, providing data, analyses and rationale for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, with time spent in support areas such as Sales Processes, Sales Administration, Commercial Intelligence or related fields.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Experience interacting with commercial teams at all levels and with customers.
  • Experience with governance agendas and organizational processes.
