- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for security-related services.

- Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership regarding security matters.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the executive protection team, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and professional development.
- Establish team protocols, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to maintain a high standard of security operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, vigilance, and continuous improvement within the protection and overall security team.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in executive protection, close protection, high-level security management, law enforcement, military or private security.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively under high-stress and high-profile situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, threat mitigation, and security technology.
- Valid driver’s license; travel readiness required.
- Required 75% of travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, Military Science, or a related field or relevant work experience is required.
- First Aid / CPR / Tactical medical training.
