Treasury Management Sales Associate assisting the team in implementing banking services and enhancing customer relationships. Collaborating with various groups while ensuring accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services.
Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions to meet identified needs.
Clearly understand customer needs and expectations while delivering client service in a knowledgeable, accurate and professional manner.
Deal effectively and tactfully with clients when handling complaints, problems and general inquiries.
Complete work in a neat, efficient and accurate manner.
Meet expectations of clients and the business.
Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Foster collaboration with other groups by building credibility and trust.
On occasion, may accompany Treasury Management Payments Consultants during client meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of experience in banking and/or customer service
Thorough knowledge of treasury management products
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems with minimal guidance
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Existing knowledge of U.S. Bank platforms a plus
