About the role

  • Risk Automation and Intelligence Lead supporting risk oversight across systems, AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity. Collaborating to drive data-driven risk culture and enhancing oversight efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supports risk oversight across multiple domains including systems, AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Works closely with the Risk Automation & Intelligence Lead and other cross-functional teams to drive consistent execution of data and technology risk programs
  • Balances strategic engagement with technical depth, prioritizes effectively, and influences stakeholders to mature oversight capabilities
  • Accelerates automation using low-code tools including Power Platform and Python to build intelligent monitoring, auto-tagging, and streamlined risk processes
  • Commits to learning and applying new and advanced technologies as needed to enhance oversight efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically more than six years of applicable experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technology risk, IT governance, or process automation
  • 5+ years of experience working with large data sets, and optimizing data processes
  • 5+ years of experience with data visualization/exploration tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), SharePoint, SQL, and Python
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, optimize data processes, and extract meaningful insights
  • Experience developing out-of-the-box AI solutions using tools like Copilot Studio and AI Builder
  • Experience with ServiceNow development preferred
  • Strong understanding of U.S. bank risk management frameworks and regulatory environments
  • Technical acumen in databases, data models/lakes, integration techniques, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Skilled in data visualization, process modeling, application testing/design, and debugging
  • Effective communicator with strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Strategic, curious, and adaptable with a bias for action and comfort navigating ambiguity
