About the role

  • Customer Account Manager at U.S. Bank managing a specific group of customers in Ireland. Delivering revenue growth through account management and customer relationship strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of a specific group of Elavon’s base customers in Ireland
  • Deliver revenue growth through up selling and cross selling of existing products and services
  • Take responsibility for ensuring new customers are welcomed to Elavon appropriately
  • Ensure each customer has an account management plan focusing on product penetration and customer longevity
  • Achieve revenue targets and additional product penetration targets
  • Minimise customer attrition
  • Provide accurate reports on daily, weekly, monthly activity including calls
  • Update the CRM systems with outcomes and success of communications
  • Maintain awareness of the business market and competitors to identify opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer account management role in a sales driven environment
  • Evidence of consistently hitting and overachieving revenue targets
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio with a strong focus on retention and growing your book of business
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent as standard
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of a company
  • Broad commercial and financial acumen and awareness of issues involved in negotiating
  • An influential and highly effective communicator (verbal/non-verbal/written) with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player able to work and support colleagues across a multinational organisation
  • A willingness to accept change and the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing environment
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
