About the role

  • Key Account Manager handling strategic partnerships at Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity specialist. Responsible for market strategy and client relationship management within the IT and cybersecurity sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for managing strategic partners
  • Positioning the full vendor and service portfolio in the market
  • Analyzing growth and cross‑selling potential within partner accounts
  • Developing and implementing strategies through to realization
  • Structuring projects and negotiating contracts with partners in close cooperation with vendors and internal sales
  • Responsible for the revenue and profit performance of the partner segment
  • Independent relationship management and generation of new contacts
  • Organizing and participating in target‑group relevant events and presentations
  • Ongoing customer planning with regard to market, competition and customer situations and preparing forecasts

Requirements

  • University degree or completed commercial/vocational training
  • Several years of practical experience in a comparable position
  • Product and market knowledge in IT — preferably in cybersecurity
  • Confident command of German and good written and spoken English
  • Confident, strong communicator with a pronounced customer focus
  • Excellent negotiation and advisory skills
  • Independent, structured and responsible working style
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel extensively
