About the role

  • Key Account Manager at URGO focusing on strategies for wound care sales in Germany. Collaborating with key accounts and conducting market analyses to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • You develop strategies and action plans (business cases).
  • Build and expand collaboration with key accounts.
  • Create individual customer development plans.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct customer visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor their implementation.
  • Sales planning and revenue analysis for your territory.
  • Plan and conduct strategic annual review meetings.
  • Conduct customer, market and competitor analyses.

Requirements

  • University degree in business/economics or vocational training in the medical field.
  • Field sales experience, ideally in medical technology/medical devices.
  • Strong sales skills with a positive, motivated demeanor.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and revenue analysis.
  • Enjoy customer contact and willing to travel.
  • Ideally experience in project management.
  • Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel; ideally some experience with Power BI.
