Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience
  • Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while shaping a strong store culture
  • Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience
  • Advocates for technology usage and trains the team to transact in the moment to deliver a seamless Omni-channel retail experience
  • Ensures merchandising and display presentations create a compelling atmosphere
  • Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and encourages the team to build lasting relationships
  • Continuously talent plan to build a strong internal bench and create personalized succession paths
  • Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone and exhibiting strong decision-making and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Prioritizes employee development to inform and inspire the customer

Requirements

  • Love for the FP brand
  • 2+ years store leadership experience
  • Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
  • Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
  • Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
