About the role

  • Assistant(e) Ressources Humaines gérant la gestion administrative RH au sein de l’Association La Roche. Impliqué(e) dans la rédaction de documents réglementaires et le soutien à la formation.

Responsibilities

  • HR administrative management (KPIs, company health insurance, new performance review regulations…)
  • Drafting letters and regulatory documents
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Monitoring onboarding (in-person and e-learning)
  • Support for training and drafting employment contracts
  • Drafting and updating HR procedures
  • Creating and updating safety documents
  • Supporting managers and centralizing issues (Évolucare, routine matters)
  • Legal monitoring and ensuring HR compliance
  • Contributing to initiatives to improve quality of work life and working conditions (QVCT)

Requirements

  • Degree (Bac+2/3) in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong writing skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required
