Creating and updating safety documents
Supporting managers and centralizing issues (Évolucare, routine matters)
Legal monitoring and ensuring HR compliance
Contributing to initiatives to improve quality of work life and working conditions (QVCT)
Requirements
Degree (Bac+2/3) in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
Strong writing skills and ability to work collaboratively
Valid driver's license (Category B) required
