About the role

Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks
  • Resolving customer queries regarding package deliveries
  • Dealing with customer complaints via phones or e-mails

Requirements

  • Very good English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks
  • At least six months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
