Responsibilities
System ownership: You act as the primary point of contact for various tools within our research agency and help ensure that processes and data are accurately maintained in the system at all times.
Project management: Your tasks include creating paid research projects in the billing tool for internal and external clients and uploading relevant project documents.
Vendor management: You are responsible for placing and initially approving vendor orders and uploading proofs of performance (service records) in our billing tool.
Financial and invoicing processes: You participate in planning and creating invoice line items and support the first review stage for incoming invoices.
Innovation: You are part of a data-driven, fast-growing environment and have the opportunity to learn and develop at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Media Management, or a comparable field.
You have initial experience with ERP systems, ideally Maconomy.
You have basic knowledge of project and budget management.
You place particular emphasis on diligence and accuracy in financial processes.
You value communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Languages: German (fluent) and English (business fluent).
