About the role

  • Outbound SDR responsible for building and owning the top of the sales funnel at Creatify. Automating video ad lifecycle with cutting-edge AI solutions for innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across target verticals — mobile gaming, agencies, e-commerce / DTC, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Write and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) tailored to each persona and vertical
  • Build and manage prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
  • Qualify inbound interest when relevant and route to the right Account Executive.
  • Work closely with AEs and the Head of Sales to refine messaging, surface objections, and improve conversion rates.
  • Track and report on weekly KPIs — outreach volume (emails sent / calls made), reply rates, meetings booked, and show rates.
  • Participate in developing scalable processes for outreach, follow-up, and lead management as we build the outbound motion from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-velocity B2B environment
  • Genuinely curious about AI, creative technology, and performance marketing — you want to understand what you're selling
  • Strong written communicator: you can personalize at scale without sounding like a template
  • Comfortable with rejection and energized by the hunt — you treat 'no' as a data point, not a dead end
  • Organized and self-directed: you manage your own pipeline, own your numbers, and hit deadlines
  • Familiar with sales processes, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques
  • Proactive and resourceful — you identify patterns, flag issues, and propose solutions without being asked
  • Preferred: experience selling into mobile gaming, agencies, or performance marketing teams
