Responsibilities
Recibir y calificar leads entrantes (web, campañas, redes, referidos).
Contactar rápidamente a los leads vía llamada, WhatsApp o email.
Detectar urgencia, necesidad, nivel de decisión y fit con la solución.
Crear deals y registrar toda actividad en HubSpot.
Agendar reuniones para el equipo comercial.
Dar seguimiento constante a leads calientes.
Trabajar con Marketing y Ventas para mejorar la calidad de los leads.
Prospectar clientes potenciales en diversas industrias mediante llamadas, LinkedIn, emails u otras herramientas digitales.
Detectar necesidades y comunicar cómo la solución SaaS aporta valor real.
Generar nuevas oportunidades (leads).
Requirements
Buscamos a alguien hungry por cumplir las metas, que no se frustre si los potenciales clientes no le responden.
Experiencia previa como SDR, Inside Sales, Telemarketing o similares.
Dominio de CRM (ideal HubSpot) y herramientas digitales.
Habilidad analítica para priorizar leads y gestionar alto volumen.
No tener miedo a hacer llamadas en frío y con un alto nivel de resiliencia.
