About the role

  • Intern supporting HR processes and employer branding at a leading flower retailer in Europe. Involvement in recruitment, employer branding projects, and HR process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Would you like to actively support the HR department of one of Europe’s largest florists and help shape the development of HR processes?
  • You will create and post our job adverts on various platforms, ensuring they are attractively presented.
  • You will accompany the selection process, assist with interviews and take over appointment scheduling.
  • You will work independently on projects such as our careers page, our kununu profile and trade fair appearances.
  • You will analyze existing workflows and develop ideas to make our recruiting processes more efficient.
  • You will support the organization of internal events.
  • If required, you will also assist other HR areas, such as talent development, and actively contribute to the implementation of important projects.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program.
  • You are required to complete a practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team full-time for 5–6 months in a mandatory internship.
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in the HR field.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, MS Teams and Excel, and experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (good German language skills).
  • You demonstrate an independent, responsible and structured way of working.
  • You have a quick grasp and analytical thinking skills.
  • You pay attention to detail, are highly reliable and act proactively.
