About the role
- Financial Reporting Specialist supporting Finance team with data cleanup and reporting tasks using Sage Intacct. Requires onsite work in DTLA office and Sage Intacct experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data cleanup and validation across Sage to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Evaluate current data architecture and recommend improvements.
- Develop, modify, and optimize reports using Sage Custom Report Writer.
- Partner with Finance leadership to provide insights, troubleshoot issues, and streamline workflows.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and FP&A needs as requested.
- Assist in documentation of processes and training materials, if needed.
Requirements
- Experience with Sage Intacct and Sage Custom Report Writer.
- Must be able to work from our DTLA office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with an exception for the winter break period December 24-January 2 which will be 100% remote.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to quickly learn systems and assess data integrity issues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
