- Talent Acquisition Specialist sourcing and screening candidates for United Communications in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Responsible for building talent pipelines and collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or other relevant experience required.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
- Experience with calendar management.
- Experience recruiting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with BambooHR is a plus.
- PHR and/or Certified Professional in Talent Development (or equivalent certification) a plus.
