About the role

  • Recruiter managing the full recruitment process for regiocom Customer Care, an international customer service provider. Identifying vacancies, conducting interviews, and enhancing recruiting channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the entire recruitment process (identifying vacancies, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, etc.)
  • Further develop and optimize recruiting processes and identify new recruiting channels (YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses
  • Onboarding: guide new colleagues through the entire application process up to their first day of work
  • Prepare reports (numbers, data, facts, etc.)
  • Employer branding and recruitment marketing

Requirements

  • Professional experience in recruiting - experience in service centers is desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Turkish
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energetic and passionate networker
  • Reliable and able to work under pressure
  • Talent for self-organization
  • Strong interest in professional development across various topics (technology, tools, and methods)
