About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for advising on Talent Acquisition and leading the recruiting processes for an international company. Focused on collaboration and quality recruitment efforts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently advise business units on talent acquisition matters
  • Act as the central point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify hiring needs and contribute to budget planning for new hires
  • Create compelling job postings and coordinate applicant management
  • Active sourcing and close cooperation with external recruitment agencies
  • Prepare reports and analyze key recruiting metrics
  • Support recruitment events and represent Arthrex at career fairs
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and concepts
  • Mentor new team members

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience with proven success in personnel consulting and in-house recruiting
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Strong service orientation and high organizational competence
  • Structured, reliable and results-oriented working style
  • Knowledge of standard HR processes
