Responsibilities
Independently advise business units on talent acquisition matters
Act as the central point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Identify hiring needs and contribute to budget planning for new hires

Active sourcing and close cooperation with external recruitment agencies
Prepare reports and analyze key recruiting metrics
Support recruitment events and represent Arthrex at career fairs
Contribute to talent acquisition projects and concepts
Mentor new team members
Requirements
University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience with proven success in personnel consulting and in-house recruiting
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Professional and confident manner
Strong service orientation and high organizational competence
Structured, reliable and results-oriented working style
Knowledge of standard HR processes
