About the role

  • Business Development Manager managing origination pipeline and sales for real estate in France. Identifying, structuring, and closing land-related transactions as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing)
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in France

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV
  • Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
