Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with real estate closing processes
Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV
Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing
