About the role

  • Business Developer responsible for commercial development in a Nantes-based digital marketing agency. Engaging in full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while promoting quality client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Quickly identify needs and qualify opportunities
  • Structure follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline
  • Present service offerings clearly and in an educational manner
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Build long-term commercial relationships
  • Contribute to the agency’s high-quality image and reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or communication agency
  • Experience in outbound prospecting (hunting) and closing
  • Ability to generate revenue through active, structured prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multichannel active prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Rigorous follow-ups and strong commercial organization
  • Quick qualification of leads
  • Ability to sign contracts (effective closing)
