Staff Accountant I supporting the NHC’s continued growth and increasing operational demands. Handling financial reporting, provider billing, and account reconciliations in a hybrid role based in Las Vegas.
About the role
- Accountant managing financials for projects at Uniplan, a Brand Experience agency. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting team queries.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortlich für die korrekte Abwicklung nach handels- und steuerrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie Kassenführung
- Erstellen von Rechnungen und buchen von Zahlungseingängen und Eingangsrechnungen
- Anlaufstelle für Rückfragen aus dem Team, Dienstleistern, Partnern und Versicherungen
- Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung von Reisekosten und Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann, sowie Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Gerne auch schon erste Führungserfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und eine generelle Affinität für ERP-Systeme
- Flexibilität und Struktur
- Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
