IT Project Analyst responsible for documentation and support tracking of technology projects. Monitoring activities and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Support the progress of the department’s projects by tracking task execution, ensuring deliverables, evaluating risks, complexity matrices, and prioritization within the Information Technology area;
Monitor changes in IT projects by analyzing, re-planning, and assessing potential impacts on cost, schedule, and quality together with management;
Track project progress to ensure planned activities are executed, identify deviations, prioritize requests, and escalate issues that negatively impact stakeholders;
Support planning processes related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management, and contribute appropriate tools and actions for each project’s situation;
Identify and map needs and opportunities for process improvements across departments;
Apply industry best practices and techniques necessary for project execution and contribute recommendations for the use of agile methodologies;
Engage with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and satisfaction with project deliverables;
Prepare status reports, including progress and/or project health indicators using different approaches;
Map risk management, perform impact analysis, and define/implement action plans;
Keep project documentation up to date in the corresponding repository;
Help define, design, and implement KPI management processes that are important for the IT management;
Identify and map needs and opportunities for process improvements across departments;
Apply industry best practices and techniques necessary for project execution and contribute recommendations for the use of agile methodologies;
Prepare project monitoring presentations for approval by managers and executive directors;
Operate according to the department’s workflows and guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and proposing process improvements that contribute to better results for both the department and its internal and external clients;
Provide service to internal and external clients, building relationships based on respect, professionalism, courtesy, and empathy, delivering a positive experience to everyone they interact with and contributing positively to the organizational climate of the department and the cooperative;

Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
✅ Experience in IT project management
✅ Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred)
✅ Experience implementing IT systems and solutions
✅ Scrum certification (preferred)
✅ Agile methodology (Scrum)
✅ PMBOK methodology
✅ Microsoft Project
