Analyst conducting complex process analyses to drive operational and business transformation in a leading healthcare provider in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Perform analyses for process simplification and improvement, including development of As-Is and To-Be views, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and construction of action plans based on prioritization tools (such as GUT and Effort x Impact).
Apply knowledge of process automation tools to identify and recommend solutions that deliver greater operational efficiency.
Proactively and disruptively identify improvement opportunities using market research, benchmarks, technical references and specialized literature.
Conduct data and financial analyses applying statistical concepts, and support product evaluations using tools such as Blueprint.
Act as a technical and consultative reference for business areas, ensuring a systemic view across internal initiatives and strategic planning through consistent use of data and situational leadership.
Promote and disseminate process management best practices (such as Lean Six Sigma, SIPOC, among others) and problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, A3, FCA), supporting training and capability development across areas.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Process Management or related fields.
Experience conducting complex process analyses.
Postgraduate degree desirable in related areas such as Process Management, Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or similar.
Experience in product analysis, including use of tools such as Blueprint (a plus).
