About the role

  • Analyst supporting Omnichannel Outreach Lane in healthcare digital engagement. Execute patient mailers and support project management for digital pilots while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of new patient welcome materials
  • Oversee mail orders and process associated invoices using internal procurement systems
  • Manage branding decisions for mailers and perform QA
  • Support the operational rollout of a patient portal pilot
  • Closely partner with other teams (i.e. Marketing) to support timely execution of omnichannel campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0-3 years in an analyst, operations, or project support role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint) is preferred.
