About the role
- Analyst supporting Omnichannel Outreach Lane in healthcare digital engagement. Execute patient mailers and support project management for digital pilots while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of new patient welcome materials
- Oversee mail orders and process associated invoices using internal procurement systems
- Manage branding decisions for mailers and perform QA
- Support the operational rollout of a patient portal pilot
- Closely partner with other teams (i.e. Marketing) to support timely execution of omnichannel campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0-3 years in an analyst, operations, or project support role.
- Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot tables, formulas) and Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint) is preferred.
