About the role

  • Application Manager at Unilabs responsible for maintaining and improving application systems. Ensuring reliability and compliance in a health-focused organization based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the availability and proper functioning of applications and systems.
  • Handling malfunctions and emergencies, including working with suppliers.
  • Supporting and instructing employees in the use of applications.
  • Managing authorizations and compliance with data protection.
  • Performing performance measurements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Preparing procedures, documentation, and management reports.

Requirements

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level, supplemented with experience in IT and application management.
  • Solid knowledge of software applications and developments in the field (knowledge of Clinisys Glims is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Independence and problem-solving ability, even under time pressure.
  • Awareness of information security and privacy (GDPR).
