Responsibilities
Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with public sector clients, including municipal, state and federal agencies;
Strategic Planning: Identify business opportunities within the government segment and develop action plans to achieve commercial objectives;
Client Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities by conducting technical visits and participating in meetings with public managers;
Public Procurement Processes: Monitor and participate in public tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals) and other formal government purchasing processes;
Solution Presentations: Demonstrate and promote the company’s products and services, tailoring proposals to the specific needs of government clients;
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms in compliance with regulations applicable to the public sector;
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure that all operations and proposals comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Public Procurement and Contracts Law (Law No. 14.133/2021) and other current standards;
Results Monitoring: Track the performance of accounts under your management, producing results reports and sales KPIs for senior management;
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and events related to the public sector.
Requirements
