About the role
- Vertriebscontroller responsible for developing reporting and analytics at UNI ELEKTRO. Collaborate with management for data analysis and business insights while leading BI transformation.
Responsibilities
- Do you want to take on more than traditional controlling tasks and help drive the development of our reporting toward self-service BI and modern analytics?
- Further development of our sales reporting and active participation in the BI transformation
- Build modern reporting solutions and prepare for the introduction of tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Create reports, dashboards and presentations for management and the sales organization
- Close collaboration with decision-makers from senior management
- Analyze and prepare data to derive actionable recommendations
- Act as a point of contact for your topics and serve as an interface between sales and central specialist departments
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects
- Develop data-driven concepts and take initial steps toward Advanced Analytics (e.g., forecasting, trend analysis)
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
- Strong affinity for numbers, statistics and analytical questions
- Structured and independent working style as well as solution-oriented thinking
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, ideally also MS Access
- Experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud desirable
- Knowledge of SAP BW or SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA is an advantage
- Interest in data analytics methods and fundamentals of predictive analytics
- Basic knowledge of SQL or a programming language (Python/R)
