About the role

  • Controller managing financial analysis and cost calculations for a healthcare organization. Supporting projects and financial expertise in controlling operations within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost analyses and ad-hoc reports
  • Perform cost calculations and profitability analyses
  • Support the preparation of InEK cost calculations
  • Expand cost center and cost unit accounting
  • Implement operational and strategic projects at corporate level
  • Prepare, plan and monitor timelines and deadlines

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in controlling, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector
  • Experience with ERP systems, BI tools and databases is desirable, preferably with SAP and TIP HCe
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong affinity for numbers and pronounced analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a quick grasp/fast learning ability
  • Independent, result-oriented working style
