Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the organization’s Compliance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) programs.
- Ensure the company operates in compliance with laws, regulations, ethical standards, and its sustainability commitments.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Environmental Engineering, Economics, Environmental Management, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of legislation: understanding of key compliance laws, such as the Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/13) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
- ESG fundamentals: initial understanding of the three pillars (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and familiarity with concepts such as sustainable development, sustainability reporting, and corporate social responsibility;
- Advanced Office suite skills: strong Excel skills for data collection and analysis (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint for creating presentations, and Word for drafting documents;
- Research ability: skill in researching, interpreting, and summarizing information from legislation, technical standards, and market trends;
- Data analysis: ability to collect, organize, and perform basic data analysis to support decision-making and report preparation.
