About the role

  • Administrative Analyst focusing on supplier negotiations and purchasing processes for a leading mobility company in Brazil. Managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a professional to work as an Administrative Analyst (Mid-level) to support procurement, assisting in negotiations with suppliers (primarily dealerships) to obtain better commercial terms.
  • Management of purchase orders and deliveries, ensuring deadlines and quality;
  • Data analysis in internal systems to support decision-making;
  • Control and monitoring of procurement indicators (lead time, cost, quality);
  • Supplier relationship management to maintain strategic partnerships;
  • Support for internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to align processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related fields;
  • Previous experience negotiating with suppliers, preferably dealerships or in the automotive sector;
  • Experience in procurement processes (quotations, proposal analysis, order placement);
  • Experience managing deliveries and monitoring deadlines;
  • Experience with data analysis to support decision-making;
  • Ability to liaise with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations);
  • Office suite proficiency, with advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
  • Negotiation techniques and procurement management skills.
