- The position will be responsible for supporting activities related to the management of the lease contract portfolio, ensuring the correct processing and payment of rent.
- Control and monitoring of the rental contract portfolio;
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of management reports;
- Support for the financial provisions process;
- Monitoring and resolution of outstanding issues with suppliers, ensuring deadlines and payment compliance;
- Interface with internal departments to clarify questions and regularize processes.

Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel at an intermediate or advanced level;
- Experience in routines for managing and controlling rent payments;
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP;
- Analytical skills to identify variances, assess risks and determine levels of criticality.
