About the role

  • Consultant managing ERP implementation projects at ACOM Sistemas. Involves training, documentation, and consultative roles in the software deployment process.

Responsibilities

  • Work on ERP implementation projects;
  • Conduct requirements gathering, system parameterization, and configuration;
  • Conduct training sessions and support key users;
  • Document processes, prepare flowcharts, and create implementation timelines;
  • Provide consultative support to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP implementations;
  • Knowledge of Project Management (methodologies, scheduling, delivery control, and deadlines);
  • Knowledge of business processes: finance, accounting, taxation, procurement, sales, inventory, and production;
  • Analytical ability to understand processes and propose feasible solutions;
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills;
  • Comfortable working in a team, interacting with technical teams, key users, and managers;
  • Experience with ERP Everest 3.0;
  • Knowledge of agile or traditional methodologies;
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
