Responsibilities
- Prepare internal and monthly financial statements
- Conduct operational financial analyses and budgetary monitoring
- Participate in evaluating sales financial performance (volume, products, geography, margin, etc.)
- Respond to requests from various Finance and Control teams within the Festo Group
- Assist in year-end close documentation and the preparation of the annual budget
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate on the full month-end accounting cycle (maximum 3 days)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and 3–4 years of relevant experience (manufacturing environment is an asset)
- Other combinations of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) (collaboration with international colleagues)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and initiative
- Excellent ability to collaborate with various departments
- Good communication skills and flexibility in dealing with unexpected situations
- Asset: Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP or equivalent)
