Responsibilities
Provide employee support for the card product system;
Handle support tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workarounds for known errors;
Clarify questions and provide guidance to customers;
Route tickets and resolve them within SLA timeframes;
Create and update the Knowledge Base;
Escalate critical issues to Level 2 (L2) support;
Create scripts for low-complexity adjustments to the system/database;
Maintain contact with cooperative staff;
Participate in or propose automation initiatives for Support to improve productivity and enable predictive operations.
Requirements
University degree completed or in progress;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Experience in technical support;
Desirable knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis;
Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA management.
