About the role

  • Junior Support Analyst offering technical assistance for card product systems at Unicred. Responsible for managing support requests and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide employee support for the card product system;
  • Handle support tickets related to requests and incidents, applying workarounds for known errors;
  • Clarify questions and provide guidance to customers;
  • Route tickets and resolve them within SLA timeframes;
  • Create and update the Knowledge Base;
  • Escalate critical issues to Level 2 (L2) support;
  • Create scripts for low-complexity adjustments to the system/database;
  • Maintain contact with cooperative staff;
  • Participate in or propose automation initiatives for Support to improve productivity and enable predictive operations.

Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
  • Experience in technical support;
  • Desirable knowledge of SQL, Grafana, and log analysis;
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA management.
