Responsibilities

  • Assign transcription tasks to transcribers and oversee timely submission of completed transcripts
  • Check in client audio files, troubleshoot upload issues, and facilitate the transfer of files to Box
  • Process paperwork submitted by digital reporters and uphold quality control standards
  • Manage a queue of time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe and other proprietary software for collaboration and workflow management

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients
  • Technical knowledge of audio and video equipment
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
