About the role
- Manufacturer Solutions Specialist interpreting cases and crafting solutions for partners in hybrid work environment. Collaborating closely with Contract and Rebate teams for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Preparing spreadsheets, rosters, or similar documentation requested by our partners
- Case management and tracking, providing insights into open and completed work
- Collecting feedback from partners, with the goal of continuous process improvement
- Ad-hoc solution-building as unique needs are identified
Requirements
- 2-year college degree or equivalent certifications in related competency
- 2+ years’ experience in a related role preferred
- Microsoft Office, Intermediate or better skill level. Complete comfort with Excel is essential
- Experience working within Salesforce.com is desired.
- Highly organized with a strong follow-through ability
