About the role

  • Import Analyst at a global leader in POS, Barcode, and emerging technologies solutions. Engaging in logistics challenges with dynamic process and strong internal partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor end-to-end ocean, air and courier shipments
  • Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Verify deadlines, cut-offs, ETAs/ETDs and communicate with internal teams
  • Validate documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, certificates)
  • Ensure compliance with customs requirements and DUIMP
  • Request corrections when necessary
  • Perform preliminary tariff/classification analysis
  • Monitor invoices, payments and processes with forwarders
  • Manage protocols and physical documents

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of import processes
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge of DUIMP (advantage)
  • Experience with TOTVS – EIC (advantage)
