Responsibilities
- Monitor end-to-end ocean, air and courier shipments
- Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Verify deadlines, cut-offs, ETAs/ETDs and communicate with internal teams
- Validate documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, certificates)
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements and DUIMP
- Request corrections when necessary
- Perform preliminary tariff/classification analysis
- Monitor invoices, payments and processes with forwarders
- Manage protocols and physical documents
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of import processes
- Intermediate English
- Intermediate Excel
- Knowledge of DUIMP (advantage)
- Experience with TOTVS – EIC (advantage)
