About the role

  • Atuar como Analista de Prevenção a Fraude III na Realize, liderando iniciativas antifraude e assegurando a segurança dos produtos financeiros da empresa.

Responsibilities

  • Execute complex activities autonomously, ensuring technical robustness and alignment with strategic guidelines.
  • Monitor and oversee day-to-day operations and critical metrics, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct complex end-to-end investigations.
  • Identify trends and new fraud schemes.
  • Support the design of antifraud policies and rules.
  • Train and mentor junior analysts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external areas (compliance, legal, audit).
  • Participate in the implementation of preventive fraud models.
  • Draft, review and refine account opening policies and operational guidelines, balancing risk and return and ensuring transactional security.
  • Support strategic, cross-functional projects by disseminating analytical best practices and acting as a technical reference.
  • Represent the team technically in internal forums, positioning strategies and presenting evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support critical decisions through technical analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with business, risk, collections, technology and finance teams to ensure institutional alignment.
  • Ensure efficient execution of the team's recurring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong data analysis skills applied to KPI management and dashboard creation in Power BI.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in areas related to analytical intelligence, financial planning, or similar fields.
  • Experience in corporate environments, preferably in financial institutions or companies with structured credit operations.
  • Clear communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
