Responsibilities
Support Retirement Plan Advisors in managing day-to-day client activity
Provide administrative support including activities with third-party recordkeepers
Analyze target markets and identify potential new business opportunities
Maintain benchmarking software and assist in fee processing, invoice creation/distribution
Track all referral activity related to RPS in CRM
Handle arrangements for meetings, sales events, travel, and expense reimbursements
Onboard new Advisors/retirement staff and update onboarding materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance
3-5 years within the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe suite
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Understanding of financial services products, particularly related to retirement plans and investment products and services
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external customers
