About the role

  • Reservation & Customer Service Agent responsible for handling inquiries and processing bookings at SIXT. Ensuring a seamless rental experience for customers through effective communication and service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service over the phone
  • Process and manage reservations via phone or email
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Processing requests for changes or cancellations of reservations, providing alternative solutions when necessary
  • Promoting additional services or products, such as insurance or vehicle upgrades

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position within a call center environment, focusing on sales and customer service
  • An excellent communicator in both Greek & English, any other language will be considered an asset
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the reservation or rental process
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as the department operates every day, including holidays
