About the role

  • Accounts Payable Team Lead managing team performance and ensuring timely invoice payments at Uline. Contributing to process improvements and overseeing new hires for the Accounts Payable team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of AP Specialists, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
  • Audit recurring reports and general ledger accounts and descriptions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and provide recommendations to streamline internal workflows.
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for potential new hires for the Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience a plus.
