  • Accounts Payable Administrator supporting US & Canada markets within Essity. Handling invoice processing and stakeholder support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end AP activities for the US & Canada markets
  • Apply accounting principles and legal requirements
  • Perform data validation and quality checks
  • Handle supplier inquiries and invoice discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to payments and invoices
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree in finance or related field preferred
  • Experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles
  • Technical skills with SAP, Invoice Track, Ariba, and Office 365
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
