About the role

  • Real Estate Business Developer evaluating assets in Madrid's real estate market and developing strategies to enhance the portfolio. Engaging in transactions and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
  • Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
  • Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
  • Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
  • Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, brokerage, or similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of the Madrid real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.
