Responsibilities
Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, brokerage, or similar roles.
Good knowledge of the Madrid real estate market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.
