Responsibilities
You develop new brands — from concept to launch.
You create product, market and competitor analyses, evaluate the results and derive actions.
You develop brand strategies, business cases and project plans.
You support price negotiations and brand-related discussions with retailers/trade partners.
You manage brand building internally — from product development through to marketing.
You work closely with our artists and are responsible for regular alignment.
You accompany market entry and lay the foundation for long-term growth.
Requirements
You have several years of experience in Business Development, Brand Development or Innovation Management.
You think strategically, work in a structured way and take ownership.
You have a strong sense for brands, trends and target audiences.
You bring experience in building new products or brands.
You are solution-oriented, hands-on and open to exploring new approaches.
You have excellent German and English skills.
You are confident using MS Office.
